Most AI tools are rented.

When you pay monthly for an AI app, the company behind it decides the price, the features, and where your information lives. That is fine for trying things out. For work your business depends on, it helps to have more control.

Owning your setup does not make AI free. You still pay the AI services you use, directly and in your business's name, so you always see the bill.

Common questions.

What will this cost?

It depends on what we set up, so we agree on a price with you before any work starts. The AI services themselves, like ChatGPT or Claude, bill your business directly, usually monthly. We tell you what those will cost up front.

How much of our time do you need?

Some time at the start to show us how the work gets done today, and some time later to try things out and tell us what is off. We work around your schedule.

Where does our information go?

It stays in apps and accounts your business controls. To do its job, the AI service you choose reads the information it needs. We tell you which services those are and how they handle your information, and you approve each one.

What if the AI makes a mistake?

It will, sometimes. That is why a person on your team checks the result before anything goes out. We set things up so those checks are quick, and we show your team how to adjust the instructions when something comes out wrong.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can use email and a spreadsheet, you can use what we set up.
